Nych may provide access to artificial intelligence technologies operated by third-party providers. These technologies may be subject to additional terms imposed by their respective providers. Nych does not control and is not responsible for the behavior, availability, or outputs of third-party AI systems.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate using the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant Nych a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and maintaining the Service. Nych does not claim ownership of your content.
Nych may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve the performance, reliability, and safety of its systems. Nych will not use private user content to train models in a way that identifies individual users unless explicitly disclosed.
Nych and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, models, branding, and platform infrastructure. Nych reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform safety policies.
Certain features of the Service require payment. Nych may offer:
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled. Credits purchased through the Service are digital usage units used solely for accessing platform features. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or mobile app stores. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Nych does not offer refunds for subscription fees, credit purchases, or any other payments. All purchases relate to digital software services.
Nych does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. The Service may be suspended or modified for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.
Nych may suspend or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms, your use creates legal or operational risk, or as required by law. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nych makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI outputs, the reliability of generated content, or uninterrupted availability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nych shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or damages resulting from AI-generated content. Nych's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nych from claims arising from your use of the Service, content you generate or publish, violations of these Terms, or violations of applicable laws.
Nych shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, internet outages, or actions of third-party providers.
Nych may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
